The Gobi teen program was developed with the best practices of both intervention and treatment approaches and reviewed by our international Board of Advisors. 
Approaches include:

  • Social and emotional learning theory

  • Motivational enhancement strategies

  • Cognitive-behavioral elements

  • Content built on evidenced-based prevention/intervention programs

The parent content was developed based on the experience of hundreds of parents completing the program, and work by experts in adolescent substance misuse. The content has been reviewed by our international Board of Advisors and offers skills and strategies to help facilitate change in how parents deal with teens and ways to promote self-compassion.
