How Gobi helps you help parents, teens and families by doing the heavy lifting.
Gobi meets middle and high school teens on their level, using their favorite device – their cell phone. They almost always – literally – have it in hand. Our experience with digital and cell phone communications and mobile-based application can help you turn a cell phone into your best communication and relationship ally.

Gobi is a comprehensive program based on the proven principles of professional drug and alcohol intervention. It’s designed specifically for teens, and it speaks their language. No stuffy clinical jargon here!

The Gobi program offers simple, engaging daily tasks for parents and teens that can make a big difference for mental health providers. Fully HIPPA-compliant, Gobi is designed to fit easily into your practice to help augment your approach, build client relationships, track baseline-driven progress, and improve client impact.

Track participation
Results are shared with you. We track participation and keep you informed. These projects are quick and easy (think ten minutes per day), and responses are stored on our secure server. Five minutes can change a life. Ten minutes can save a life.

Supportive Memes
Teens receive positive messages with insights, inspiration, support, and even funny pictures to lighten the mood. We speak teen, and our content is teen-tested; we create relevant, easy-to-connect-with reinforcement through daily communications.

Parent & Teen Conversations
Parents' involvement is critical. But Gobi gets the conversation going and makes it easy to do and painless.

Regular communication via our app or text message
Teens are texting all day! We make sure they’re receiving positive messages with insights, inspiration, support, and even funny pictures to lighten the mood. We speak fluent teen, which means the content is meant to be irreverent, humorous, cynical, and just offensive enough to keep them laughing (and engaged).

Parent Support
You will be providing program support to parents through emails from our collaboration with leading experts in the fields of addiction recovery and substance abuse. On three separate occasions, teens will be asked to schedule a time to take a walk with their parents. Topics and guidelines will be included to make the conversation as successful as possible.
